SimpleConnect supports email function.

The email system supports multiple agents sharing one enterprise mailbox. When receiving consulting emails, the enterprise mailbox will be automatically classified according to the title of the emails and will be collected by the agents themselves or assigned by the manager.

When the agent replies, the email will be sent after being confirmed and modified by the content review system, so as to avoid the impact of inappropriate email content on the service quality of the enterprise.
