Cloopen Enters Zhongyuan Bank to Jointly Explore New Paths for the Digital Transformation of Commercial Banks

    As the financial industry accelerates its embrace of digitalization, Cloopen was invited to participate in the "Asia-Pacific Bank Research Seminar – Entering Zhongyuan Bank", organized by the Asia-Pacific Banking Alliance.
    The seminar brought together senior executives and digital transformation leaders from banks across China, focusing on strategies and implementation paths for digital transformation in commercial banks.

    Participating institutions included Qilu Bank, Yilian Bank, Handan Bank, Jiujiang Bank, CITIC Beixin Bank, Dezhou Bank, Huishang Bank, and Changsha Rural Commercial Bank, among others.
    Attendees represented various business lines such as digital banking, customer experience, online finance, risk management, information technology, and strategic development.

    As a representative of fintech, Liu Haiyan, Deputy General Manager of Cloopen’s Industrial Digital Cloud, led her team to engage in deep discussions with the participants, exploring how “Communication + AI + Data” can empower banks to achieve greater business efficiency and innovative breakthroughs.

    During the seminar, several experts from Zhongyuan Bank shared their digital transformation experiences, aligning closely with Cloopen’s fintech expertise.
    Notably, Zhongyuan Bank previously collaborated with Cloopen’s Youzhi Intelligent to develop a User Behavior Data Collection and Analysis System, gaining pioneering experience in customer insights and precision marketing.

    • Customer Management:

     

    Cheng Minfu and Xu Qianwen presented methodologies for customer lifecycle management, RFM modeling, and automated marketing.

     

    • Smart Marketing:

     

    Li Lu showcased the architecture and real-time decision engine of Zhongyuan Bank’s Smart Marketing Platform.

     

    • Operational Efficiency:

     

    Liu Yuandong shared successful AI applications in customer service and compliance, reducing labor costs by over 30%.

     

    • Product Innovation:

     

    Wan Feng introduced the “Evergreen Loan”, a fully online financial product, analyzing its design concept and positive market feedback.

    On-Site Visit: Witnessing Digitalization in Action
    At the end of the event, Wan Feng led the Cloopen team and multiple bank executives to visit Zhongyuan Bank’s Evergreen Loan Center.
    The group observed the purely online operational process — from customer application and real-time risk control to instant disbursement — experiencing firsthand how digitalization improves both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
